Recover your purchased visitor

Enter the email you used at Stripe checkout. We will send a one-time secure link so you can restore any visitor purchased with that email. No password is required.

Your children's names, ages, reading levels and dates are not stored with your payment. On a new device, you will re-enter those family details after your purchase is verified.

For privacy, this page gives the same response whether or not an email matches a purchase. Only someone who can open the secure email link can restore the paid visitor.
